Welcome to SCHILLER AUTOMATION
Our experience is connected with creative ideas and technology. This manifests in sustainable solutions for your purpose.
AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR TWO GENERATIONS.
The learning from past projects and the constant expansion of our experience make our know-how so comprehensive and valuable. For over 40 years, we have stood for quality and punctuality.
FACTS AND FIGURES.
160 employees, 2.000 m² of production area, more than 40 years of accumulated experience.
Made in Germany.
Decades of experience and know-how, passed on through generations, have given a priceless gain to the company. And with every single project, we get even better. We'll be glad for you to challenge us.
A great deal of expertise and passion goes into every plant that leaves our house. More than 2,000 times we have proudly (and a little wistful) said "goodbye", looking forward to the next piece of fresh ground at the same time.
Whether we are large or small is just a matter of perspective: We are small and agile enough to succeed in a highly dynamic market. And at the same time, we have the power to master even highly complex projects successfully.
These are masses that fit into a shoe box and thus the playing field on which we move most skillfully. Also, these are the dimensions in which we work most efficiently.
We have enough mental space for good ideas and the right infrastructure to bring them to reality.
With a wide range of industry know-how as well as a sure eye for the technical and economical feasibility, we have a holistic view of the tasks assigned to us.
The challenge in such cycles is to perfectly coordinate movements, work steps and processes of all the different production cells.
Our systems produce high-performance modules of all kinds. This includes, for example, welding at the contact points, a particularly sensitive step that requires most innovative technology and highest precision.
The last step has to be taken, too: We are always glad to face the challenge of optimizing the variance of the NTC resistance in pressure sensors by characteristic curve programming so that the lowest possible temperature coefficient remains at the end.
A maximum efficient degree of automation with robust processes as well as excellent quality assurance through monitoring and controlling are the main factors for a successful assembly process.
The mobility factor is getting more and more important on a global scale and the vehicles produced have to run always faster – going along with an increasing complexity and, at the same time, the demand of consistent quality. Our experts’ engineering fits individually for your system, so you can keep up with the competition and master the market’s dynamics at ease.
For the safe and efficient handling of unequipped and equipped ceramics (DCB, DBC, HTCC, LTCC), SCHILLER AUTOMATION has designed, developed and manufactured a process / universal system for the separation of hybrids / hybrid circuits.
Our production is particularly efficient because of the use of innovative chemicals, which replace increasingly time-consuming bonding processes. This is how you can use SCHILLER AUTOMATION systems to produce products that are more cost sensitive and more environmentally friendly.
SCHILLER AUTOMATION is a leading manufacturer of production lines for the assembly of sensors and has extensive experience and expertise in the engineering and construction of such systems.
Take the step into a bright future and write a piece of company history with us. As part of the SCHILLER family you can expect short decision paths, real teamplay, an open ear (up to the boss) and always new development opportunities.
