WELCOME

Engineering.
ONE BUSINESS SEGMENT,
TWO LOCATIONS.

Decades of experience and know-how, passed on through generations, have given a priceless gain to the company. And with every single project, we get even better. We have been part of the Kurtz Ersa technology group since 2022. Kurtz Ersa's global expertise has been supplemented by our more than 45 years of experience in special machine construction for the automation of production processes. Kurtz Ersa and we develop creative ideas and technologies into sustainable solutions for your tasks.
We'll be glad for you to challenge us.

2000

INDUSTRIAL PLANTS

A great deal of expertise and passion goes into every plant that leaves our house. More than 2,000 times we have proudly (and a little wistful) said "goodbye", looking forward to the next piece of fresh ground at the same time.

200

EMPLOYEES

Whether we are large or small is just a matter of perspective: We are small and agile enough to succeed in a highly dynamic market. And at the same time, we have the power to master even highly complex projects successfully.

5

COMPONENTS' MASSES

These are masses that fit into a shoe box and thus the playing field on which we move most skillfully. Also, these are the dimensions in which we work most efficiently.

2000

PRODUCTION AREA

We have enough mental space for good ideas and the right infrastructure to bring them to reality.

45

EXPERIENCE

With a wide range of industry know-how as well as a sure eye for the technical and economical feasibility, we have a holistic view of the tasks assigned to us.

2

CYCLE TIME

The challenge in such cycles is to perfectly coordinate movements, work steps and processes of all the different production cells.
