Become a part of SCHILLER

A second generation
family business.

SCHILLER AUTOMATION is a global supplier of integrated automation, process and system solutions and one of the leading German suppliers of special machinery. Despite its global appearance, the company, founded in 1978, is still a family business and firmly rooted in its Swabian homeland.

Our commitment to our employees and the region of Neckar-Alb is of particular importance to us. The innovative strength of the second generation family business is based on the competence and loyality of around 160 employees.

AN EYE TOWARD THE FUTURE

»As we all know, family businesses are a bit different and we think that's a good thing«, »We are convinced that competent and motivated employees are the deciding factor for future success.«

Let’s take the step into a strong future and write a piece of company history together. As part of the SCHILLER family you can expect short paths, real teamplay, an open ear (up to the CEO) and always new development opportunities without deadlocked paths.

Diverse Tasks

Join us
for taking steps
into the future.

Join us on a journey to Industry 4.0, the fourth industrial revolution that embodies the shift from traditional manufacturing to smart factory. Humans and machines have been cooperating in a completely new way, so that production has and will become more flexible, efficient and sustainable.
Intelligent automation and networking are crucial for this development. The tasks at SCHILLER AUTOMATION are as diverse as the people who work there: It reaches from project planning to software and from engineering services or parts production to plant service and assembly.

»No matter if you are a beginner or an experienced worker, what counts for us is your knowledge and your individual abilities«, says Stefan Schiller. »We value team spirit, leadership quality, personal responsibility and fairness in cooperation.«
